On February 10-21, 2020 professors of 偶蜜国际传媒 Mahinur Mamatova, Mehrigiul Ablezova, Kamila Mateeva and Akylai Muktarbek kyzy took part in working group meeting in different EU states: Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany and Greece. The meeting focused on the final stage of developing new master program 鈥淭alent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations鈥 or shortly 鈥淭alent鈥.听
*TALENT master's program has been made for the Project 鈥淓stablishing Master Programmes in HRM and Talent Development in Central Asia鈥 (in short 鈥淭ALENT鈥) financed by European Union under the Erasmus+ Program:

Along with working on polishing curriculum of the new program, 偶蜜国际传媒 faculty members participated in different public lectures, workshops, field visits, and library research. The 偶蜜国际传媒 master program 鈥淭alent鈥 is a member of international educational consortium of universities of European Union and Central Asia. This cooperation is supported by the EU Erasmus Plus program on Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices.
鈥淚t was a great experience to meet and work with all the participants of consortium from Central Asian states and also with EU leader of the project, Rumiana Jeleva (former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria) and professors from the National Academy of Science in Bulgaria. All professors were very open in sharing their ideas. Some of them formally were practitioners in the field of labor relations, business administration, and sociology. We discussed contemporary issues of labor relations, shared our teaching materials, course content, syllabi. As a result of the meeting, there was built common master program curriculum courses on Regulatory module of "Talent" project.听
Along that, during the working meetings there were very interesting discussions how to use each country鈥檚 experience in development of each topic courses and we visited many lectures given by former officials including former Minister of Labor and Social development, the Head of State Migration Agency, the Head of Union of Bulgarian Business, Professors of different universities and other specialists of employment relations鈥, - told Kamila Mateeva.
